Ayurvedic Medicines for Loose Motion

Sarkari NaukrI | 12:15:00 am | 0 comments

Ayurvedic Medicines for Loose Motion

AyurvedaThe main concern in treating a patient suffering from loose motions is to prevent dehydration. The loss of fluids and salts from the body can cause serious problems if not addressed in time. In severe cases, the patient may be required to be kept on drips. As an immediate ayurveda remedy, you should give the patient boiled water with a bit of salt, one spoon of glucose and lemon. This drink can also be used for keeping the lips moist in case the patient has vomited after taking food. Give rice gruel instead of plain water.

Ayurvedic Remedies for Treatment of Loose Motions

  • 3 grams of Javitri with whey
  • Mix Ajwain oil, fennel oil, sow oil and camphor in equal proportions. Let one drop of this mixture onto yoghurt or a sugar cube or teaspoon of sugar, mix it with water and drink. This mixture used to be very popular for nausea and vomiting in India.
  • Make 300 grams of mixture with equal proportions of Trikatu, Asafoetida, ginger, nutmeg, black salt and lemon juice.
  • Dried peel of pomegranate fruit is also used to make Ayurvedic medicine for loose motions. Take 3 or 4 pieces of the dried peel and mix with 2 cups of water. Boil at medium heat with the mouth covered. You can add 2 cubes of cane sugar or crystals of sugar to it. Keep boiling till the mixture left in the vessel is half. Take this after an hour of having your meal.
  • The dried pomegranate peels can also be used with curd. Take 1 tablespoon of this mixture and mix it with a cup of thick curd. It needs to be taken on an empty stomach.
  • Get powders of 60 grams of Lavanbhasakr Churn, 5 grams of Shankh Bhasam and Safed Jeera, and 3 grams of Lodhra and Sonth. Make 16 equal divisions of this mixture and have one daily with yoghurt.

  • In case the loose motions are caused by diarrhoea, take 5 gram haritaki and 1 gram fennel to make a 50 ml decoction. Give the mixture to the patient whenever he feels thirsty. This can be administered for three days.
  • For acute cases of loose motions, make a decoction of 200 ml with 100 grams of Rasnaut, 1 gram of Kutaj, 5 grams of Bael, 5 grams of Isabgol and 1 gram of Gond katira. You need to dissolve the ingredients in water and drink it.

Ashwagandha for Anxiety

Ashwagandha for Anxiety

Ashwagandha for AnxietyAs nature intended it, anxiety serves a useful purpose. Characterised by the fear or worry that something bad will happen, normal anxiety occurs occasionally in response to situations that threaten our sense of security. This helps us avoid harm and remember not to put ourselves in the same potentially dangerous situation in the future. Anxiety is a normal stress response that has been conserved throughout human evolution and is evident in all other animals.

However, when anxiety occurs inappropriately in response to normal everyday events, it can become a debilitating condition known as anxiety disorder. Anxiety disorders cause a person to be in a state of unrest and anxiety in expectation of an impending threat to their physical or psychological well-being. Symptoms  of anxiety disorders are often chronic, and include difficulty in concentrating, high irritability, tense muscles, disturbed sleep\, and trouble overcoming worries.

Ashwagandha, a herb that has widespread use in Ayurvedic medicine has, been traditionally used to cure a variety of diseases. The plant’s roots, leaves and berries have been used in Ayurvedic treatments. Legend has it that Romans used to add it to their wines. Its Latin name is ‘Withania Somnifera’. It has been found to be efficacious in the treatment of anxiety, depression and other psychiatric disorders. The plant's roots, leaves and berries have been used for years in Ayurvedic treatments. Now scientific studies have confirmed that it has many medicinal properties. It
  • Reduces anxiety.
  • Acts as an antioxidant.
  • Improves brain function.
  • Has antibacterial properties.
  • Lowers cortisol levels.
  • Boosts sexual vitality.

Modern life puts a lot of stress in high powered jobs and 80 per cent people feel that stress causes major difficulties in their lives; we need a healthy way to manage and reduce stress including cortisol levels. Cortisol is known as the death or stress hormone.
Ashwagandha is a natural and safe way to reduce anxiety and stress without any harmful side effects.

One study compared the use of Ashwagandha’s anti-depressant effect to prescription anti- anxiety and anti-depressants drugs like lorazepan and imipramine

What is interesting is that these Ayurvedic claims have been validated by modern herbal research, which has found that its effect on anxiety and depression is comparable to modern drugs.
In Manic depression, alcoholic paranoia and schizophrenia affected persons get relief at a dosage of 100 mg per kg.

Ashwagandha has been tested at the George Washington School of Medicine & Health Sciences and some other US testing centres using clinical trials to examine its safety and effectiveness. They established that Ashwagandha has anxiolytic and anti –depressant properties without any toxicity or side effects.

In a trial, 30 patients suffering from anxiety neurosis were administered a dose of 40 ml per day for a month. The test showed that most anxiety symptoms like panic attacks and phobia were much reduced.

Another trial by US psychiatrists found it to be useful in treating manic depressives, those suffering from alcoholic paranoia and schizophrenics at a dose of 4 capsules a day in between meals for 60 days.

Since many people have used antidepressants the natural treatment without side effects could positively affect the lives of millions of people. Ashwagandha can be the antidote for the stresses of the modern world.

Relationship between Feet and Sex

Sarkari NaukrI | 12:11:00 am | 0 comments

Relationship between Feet and Sex

RelationshipThere are behavioural as well as biological relations between your feet and sex. In fact you could be unconsciously flirting with your feet. Studies have revealed that a woman attracted to a man is likely to move her feet away from the body which makes it into a much more open stance. So, men should not only look at women’s feet for arousal, but also for signs whether they are interested or not.

If you find women sitting cross-legged or with her feet tucked under her body, it indicates that she is not into you. If you are a woman and want to know the signs in men’s feet for their interest level in you, there is nothing in the foot position to suggest anything. Men tend to move their feet around a lot when nervous, which is different from what women do, i.e. keep them still.

Podophilia – Intense sexual desire with feet as the object

Although it is common to be sexually aroused due to feet, in some cases it is particularly intense. This has been termed podophilia or foot fetishism. Feet and related objects such as shoes are of keen interest to people who fall in this category. Guess what popular director Quentin Tarantino, rapper and actor Ludacris and rocker Tommy Lee have in common? It is this fetish called podophilia.

Are big feet a sign of big penis in men?

It is one of the beliefs associated with men that have large feet. There have been some very tall men, football players and self-doubting journalism students who have claimed that their big size of feet show that they are better endowed than normal people. As far as scientific evaluation is concerned, there have been no such association found in a number of researches carried out over a period of last 2 decades.

It has led to ridiculous attempts by men having small feet to buy shoes larger than their size, so that they are not assumed to be any lesser. They can stop worrying and retort to anyone who pretends to know better and allude to them saying that they are any less endowed than normal men. You don’t wear shoes in your penis! Do you?

Sex Education and Teenage Pregnancy

Sex Education and Teenage Pregnancy

Sex Education and Teenage Pregnancy
Sex education and teenage pregnancies are concepts deeply linked with each other. With sex education, the incidence of teenage pregnancy comes down. Latest studies suggest that comprehensive sex education not only leads to lowered teen pregnancies, but it does not increasesexual intercourse or sexually transmitted diseases. Let us understand the approach and the importance of these issues in detail.

Information about Birth Control
  • Sex education stands effective if the knowledge of birth control pills and their usage are made clear to teenagers. This is evident from the Youth Risk Behaviour Survey (YRBS) carried out by Centre for Disease Control (CDC) in USA. 80 percent of lowered teen pregnancies have been reported to be caused by more effective practice of contraception techniques among them.
  • In other words, education on contraceptives remains vital to effectively decrease the abortion rate. Most teenagers remain uninformed about the choices available and their effects.

Basic Information on Sex
  • Sex education also involves determining what is to be considered an act of sexual behaviour. CDC’s YRBS has stated that 20 percent decline in teen pregnancy since 1991 has been due to better information about what is meant by sexual behaviour.
  • Most teenage pregnancies happen due to a lack of knowledge of contraceptives. Reproductive health should be given prime importance while imparting sex education to teenagers.
  • Teenage pregnancies can lead to dropping out of school and possibly a social stigma. Also, latest researches have concluded that most teenage mothers remain unmarried for a very long time.

Importance of Comprehensive Sex Education
  • Latest research at University of Washington has established the importance of a comprehensive sex education compared with an abstinence-only education. In terms of teenpregnancy, it was reported that those who received comprehensive sex education, showed 60 percent lesser risk of getting pregnant in teenage.
  • Comprehensive sex education is needed because at no point of time should a teenager be ashamed or embarrassed of taking medical assistance. Untimely abortions and stillbirths in cases of pregnancies that remain undetected until at a later stage can cause considerable damage to the woman’s reproductive system. Diseases such as anaemia and toxaemia can pose a permanent problem in some cases. This is because a teenager is not supposed to have completed her own period of growth. Therefore, premature conceiving of a child leads to a setback in the reproductive system which has not yet completely adjusted to the changes that the body is experiencing.
Teenage pregnancies should be handled with care. Parents and people around them should support them economically and emotionally. Otherwise, the trauma often leads to permanent psychological damage such as social phobia turning one into an extreme introvert. The achievement lies in making them become responsible in life and towards their own self.

Are you Living in a Sexless Marriage?

Are you Living in a Sexless Marriage
Lack of sex in marital relationships is one of the commonest issues faced by individuals nowadays. How can one figure out the amount of sex required in a married life so that the relationship is not ascribed as sexless marriage? Despite being such an integral part of a marital relationship, individuals feel embarrassed to ask or admit their sexual concerns in married life.

In a recent survey by India Today, it was found out that only 20 percent of married couples in India had sex for more than once in a week. Major portion of the rest 80 percent couples are either sex-deprived or living in sexless marriage. The proportion of satisfied couples was 37 percent in 2004, which has been dipping lower over last few years. The survey has exposed the present condition of marital relationships in India.

Reasons of Sexless Marriage

Modern Indian marriages have become identical to traditional marital relationships that were largely affected by work, kids and family problems. Detailed below are the factors that lead to sexual dissatisfaction in married life.

  1. Marriage: Marriage brings several changes and transitions in most relationships. Over the years, several studies have blamed marriage for poor sex life. There is a significant drop in couples wanting to have sex more often after getting married.
  2. Affluence: The affluence of big city lifestyles has also impacted sexual lives of married couples. Some of the couples don’t fit in each other’s schedule due to work-time differences, while others don’t consider sex as the crucial factor to strengthen bond between them. Owing to this fact, small cities or towns have marched far ahead in sexual satisfaction level.
  3. Kids: Raising kids is another factor to affect sex in marital relationships. Having kids means less attention to spouse, limited time for each other. Living with kids annexe privacy and consume chances of a romantic weekend vacation.
  4. Fantasies: Marriage is also responsible for eliminating excitement from the relationship. After marriage, one gets what was once desired. Therefore, excitement drops and fantasies fade away.
  5. Lack of Understanding: Lack of understanding also slams martial relationship. Difference in sexual needs will grow in the case you don’t discuss it with the spouse. In this manner, differing sex drives in the marriage is another factor leading to sex deprivation.

How to Attempt the IBPS Bank Exam

IBPS exam is not about the toughness it is mainly about the time management..If u can manage the time properly u can solve the whole exam. Now the question arises how to manage the time.? Yes, i am giving my personal experience how i had managed time and able to score 174 in po and 183 in clerk and also cleared malwa grameen bank clerk as well as Po in mere 2 months preparation ( I am writing this again not to earn praise from u guys..but making u believe that…. yes by preparing hard for few months u can crack the exam with good marks )
For Better Understnding Please Read the First Part : How To Prepare For IBPS
1. Firstly go for either the General awareness or computer section..whichever u feels can increase ur confidence level or which u r having a good hold… and try to complete both these section in maximum 30 minutes .. not more than this…. Because u don’t have to think in these two.. If u know the answer than u can do it otherwise not.. there is no need to think much on the questions…and side by side mark the circles in the OMR sheet….Don’t waste ur time by marking circles on the paper then the OMR sheet.
2. Then go for english section and do it in maximum 30 minutes…and if u have a weak english then take 35 minutes maximum…Don’t waste too much time in this..as it is not the scoring section.
3. And in the stage 3 u r left with 90 minutes..and devote these 90 minutes to quantitative and reasoning section..whichever u feel is my strong..waise my personal choice is go for quantitative section as reasoning contains puzzles.. and it may puzzle ur mind and u can loose ur confidence( As it contains 5 questions if u would unable to solve that puzzle definitely this would have some effect on ur confidence level ) …and in both these sections don’t go by old method of marking the answers ( solve 1 question and mark it on the OMR sheet ).. First solve 10 questions … and Collectively mark the answers in the OMR sheet..This will definitely save ur time in attempting both the sections..
That’s all..That’s how i attempted the exam..By following this… i have 5 minutes spare after completing the whole exam of clerk

5 Steps for First Time Sex

Step One: Set the Scene

Before you hop on the bed with your partner, take inspiration from love scenes on your silver screen. Psychology has it that certain colours and scent stimulate the sex hormones. Set your bedroom with scented candles, dim lights, soft music, champagne and perhaps a sumptuous dinner. The best part of setting the scene before the room heats up is that it works in all scenarios.

6 Types of Women Men Avoid

Miss-Andrist

This kind is not difficult to ring a bell. She would postulate that all the vices that exist in the society are engineered by men and the best alternative to build a better society is by gunning down all the testicles and gifting a pair of ovaries to them. “Women” for such women are angels being thrown into a crowd of those “who think with their penises”.

Bedroom Talks

Most of the times, men hesitate to talk about preferences in the bedroom, i.e. the position or anything related to what goes on between a 'much-in-love' couple. Key to healthy physical relationship is communication. It is quite important to communicate about sex issues, without any hesitation with your partner. Any kind of abusive remarks should be avoided unless your partner does it herself in some situation. In order to communicate freely with your partner, bring up something from your physical relationship such as ‘I love it when you...’

What Women Want In Bed

Romantic Environment

Women love romance. Words and gestures of romance not only make her comfortable, but will also turn her on. Lighting candles, playing her favourite romantic melodies and sprinkling bed with flower petals are all conventional acts, but a sureshot gateway to her heart. Live and enjoy the moment, jumping too far will create an environment of displeasure. Confluence of effective communication and romantic environment fosters the sexual experience.
